It is divided into five chapters: before you start; the basic knots; the braids; principles and finishes and finally a table of knots. The first chapter exposes the necessary tools and materials. The second, third and fourth chapters show from two to six illustrations per design with arrows that indicate the places where the ropes should pass. All illustrations are accompanied by texts. The Knot Chart brings together fifty-six of the finished designs that appear in the previous chapters.
