Waxed Thread/1mm/Vegan [Linhasita]

The Brazilian polyester thread from Linhasita is the star of micro-macramé because it is the favorite of crafters. It is a very durable, washable, mold-resistant, does not bleed, does not fray, and the ends can be burned for a perfect finish.

The Linhasita brand is known in the handmade world for its excellent quality and durability. The colors are intense and bright, they do not fade from contact with water or sunlight. Thus, pieces made with this thread retain their colors and shape for many years.

This thread is produced by twisting two strands into a spiral. Thanks to this structure, a strong and resistant thread is achieved. It is waxed with a 100% vegan mineral wax (no animal-derived ingredients). The thread feels sticky when you start using it, however, the sticky feeling quickly disappears and leaves a beautiful silky thread that, thanks to the wax, holds its knots very well.
