We ship orders to all countries of the European Union, the UK, Switzerland, and Andorra.

If you reside in another country and wish to purchase from Macranova, you can contact us indicating the shipping address and the products you wish to purchase, and we will confirm the shipping cost.

TERM AND PRICE

The shipping cost varies based on the destination and weight, and it is calculated automatically in your cart before you complete the purchase, and you can also consult it below.

The time frame varies depending on the destination, and you may consult it below. Macranova delivers orders to the carrier within one business day once the customer's payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may be longer due to delays or errors by the carrier. Macranova accepts no responsibility for delays or errors by the carrier, and any claims must be directed to the carrier.

Depending on the time of year (Black Friday, the sales period, Christmas...), delivery times may be longer.

We specify the shipping timeframe in business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia or the city of Barcelona are counted as non-business days. You will need to take business days into account to determine when you will receive your order.

      Transport companies

      Depending on the destination and the shipping method, we work with different carriers. The most common are: Correos, Correos Express, Seur, DPD, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS...

      SHIPMENT TRACKING

      Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email notification together with a tracking number, which you can use to check its status at any time.

      ADDRESS CHANGES

      Once the order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address are possible unless the costs are borne by the customer and such change is expressly agreed by the parties.

      INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

      If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address on the order, the carrier may return the parcel to origin because it cannot be delivered to the destination. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be an amount equal to the outbound shipping paid, or 6€ if the customer benefited from the free-shipping promotion.

      DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

      Review the products upon receiving the order. If you detect that any product is damaged or does not work when you test it, we apologize and hope it will not happen again.

      To resolve the issue, it is necessary that you contacts indicating the order number and explaining what has occurred. It is important that you notify us of this error within 48h following receipt of the order.

      If the product is damaged or not functioning, we will request photographs or videos to verify what may have occurred and provide you with a solution. The solution we can offer you in such cases is a refund of the amount or grant a discount if the defect is of minor significance. We will inform you by email of the steps to be followed and the possible resolution.

      In all cases, we ask that you retain the box in which you received the order, as we will often require you to send us photographs of it to perform certain checks.

      INCORRECT PRODUCTS

      Upon receiving your order, please verify that it is complete and that the products are correct. If you discover that any product is missing or that we have sent a product that does not correspond to what you purchased, we extend our apologies and hope it will not happen again.

      To resolve this, it is necessary that us contacts indicating the order number and explaining what has occurred. It is important that you notify us of this error within the 48h following receipt of the order.

      If the product you received does not match what you ordered, we will request a photograph showing the product we sent. This will enable us to determine what may have caused the issue and resolve it so that it does not happen again. The solution we can offer in these cases is a refund of the amount paid.

      In the event that your order is missing any item, we will need you to send us photographs of all the products you have received and of the box in which the order was shipped. In this way, we will ascertain what the error may have been and provide you with a solution. The solution we can offer you in these cases is a refund.

      And if you receive an extra product, we would be grateful if you would also notify us to avoid inventory issues.

      In all cases, we ask that you keep the box in which you received the order, as we will often need you to send us photographs of it to carry out certain checks.

      PRODUCTS OR ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

      If a box arrives broken or in poor condition as a result of transportation, do not accept the order and note the issue on the carrier’s delivery note, as this is the only way we can assign responsibility for what occurred to the transport company. In this case, once we are notified of the issue and can verify the information with the transport agency, we will replace the merchandise at the earliest possible time.

      In the event that you accept the box (always noting on the carrier’s delivery note that the box arrived dented or broken), under no circumstances should you discard the box or the damaged goods, as the transport company will need them so that the loss adjusters can assess the damage and we can arrange a replacement for the damaged items.

      If you do not follow this procedure, the carrier will deem the order delivered without incident, and therefore it will be impossible for us to replace the damaged items.

      For us to process it, it is necessary that within the 24h following receipt of the order us contacts indicating the order number and explaining the issue. You must attach photographs of the damaged products, the box in which we sent your order, and the shipping label from the carrier. Under no circumstances will we accept claims for damage sustained in transit if more than 24h have elapsed since receipt of the order.
