Braided cotton rope with a core. It's a cord-style, tubular rope with an inner core of cotton yarn that holds its shape. It's the easiest rope to handle (we recommend it for beginners) and the lightest, soft to the touch; knots remain very well defined, and it won't fray or fuzz.

What is this rope for?

Macramé: this is the standard thickness and the most commonly used in macramé, so it will work for practically any project: wall hangings, bags, cushions, rugs.
Crochet (needles 8-10): rugs, baskets, poufs, bags and all kinds of accessories
Loom
Names (spool knitter): Can you thread wire through the cord and make names and words?
Machine sewing: we have female customers who have used this cord to sew baskets and bags, and it has worked well for them. However, in this link you can find our cord specifically for machine sewing.
