Hemp Thread / 1mm / Full Spool / Vegan [Linhasita]

Linhasita's Brazilian polyester thread is the star of micro-macramé because it is the artisans' favorite. It is a very durable, washable, mildew-resistant, colorfast, non-fraying thread whose ends can be melted for a perfect finish.

The Linhasita brand is known in the handmade world for its excellent quality and durability. The colors are intense and bright and do not fade from contact with water or sunlight. Thus, pieces made with this thread keep their color and shape for many years.

This thread is produced by twisting two strands into a spiral. Thanks to this structure, a strong and resistant thread is achieved. It is waxed with a 100% vegan mineral wax (free of animal-derived ingredients). The thread feels tacky when you begin to use it; however, the tacky sensation quickly disappears and leaves a beautiful silky thread that, thanks to the wax, holds knots very well.
