Macramé coaster workshop:the circular technique

Learn circular macramé by making the famous coasters that flood Instagram.

You will learn the macramé knots, I will explain the secret to keep the coasters flat and not warp, and I will teach you how to add wooden beads to give them a different touch.

We will use a special macramé cord for this type of project and you will be able to choose from a wide range of colors to customize your coaster! You will take it home at the end of the workshop.

You don't need to have prior knowledge in macramé, we will start from scratch. It's also ideal if you have already started, but want to deepen your understanding of the circular macramé technique.

Minimum age: 12 years.

Nivel: Beginners. You do not need to have prior knowledge in macramé.

Lugar: The workshop is held at the Macranova space in the Poble Sec neighborhood in Barcelona. C/Nou de la rambla 149 (5 min from Paral·lel metro). Location on Google Maps.

Profesora: Katia, entrepreneur and founder of Macranova. I am passionate about macramé, embroidery, scrapbooking, escape rooms, travel, and my little kitty 🐱. In my classes, I will teach you in an easy and clear way, you will learn the technique calmly and we will repeat the step by step of each knot until you can do it completely independently.
