Macramé Leaves and Feathers Workshop: the secret of the fringes

Learn macramé by making the famous decorative leaves that flood Instagram and add a sophisticated touch to any space.

You will learn the main macramé knots and I will explain all the tricks to create the leaf effect, which keeps its shape and doesn't fray.

We will use a special macramé cord for this type of project and you will be able to choose from a wide range of colors to customize your leaf! You will take it home at the end of the workshop. You will also take our bestselling setting spray, specifically designed for macramé!

You don't need to have prior knowledge in macramé, we will start from scratch. It is also ideal if you have already started, but want to deepen your technique in leaves.

Minimum age: 12 years.

Level: Beginners. You do not need to have prior knowledge in macramé.

Place: The workshop is held at the Macranova space in the Poble Sec neighborhood in Barcelona. C/Nou de la rambla 149 (5 min from the Paral·lel metro). Location on Google Maps.

Teacher: Katia, entrepreneur and founder of Macranova. I am passionate about macramé, embroidery, scrapbooking, escape rooms, travel, and my little kitty 🐱. In my classes, I will teach you in an easy and clear way, you will learn the technique calmly and we will repeat the step by step of each knot until you can do it completely independently.
